We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you book a call, submit a contact form, or engage our services. We also collect usage data automatically through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and referral source. We use this data to improve our marketing and website experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to enquiries and deliver our services; send relevant marketing communications (with your consent); analyse website performance and optimise our advertising; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel). Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our site. 5. Meta Pixel

We do not share client business data or ad account data with any third party without explicit written consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact and enquiry data for up to 3 years after last contact. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal compliance. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of each platform (26 months for GA4). You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time. As a company with operations in India and the UAE, and using services from global providers (Google, Meta, Vercel), your data may be transferred internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
